Ventura – Can’t Move User Folder to External Drive..?

It's still there but a little more hidden in Ventura.
In System Settings > Users & Groups do a Control-Click on a user, for "Advanced Options". Authorize and scroll down a bit to find a button to change the location of the Home Directory.

Thanks, my Home folder location has transferred through several macOS upgrades, since there was an explicit ‘Advanced’ button in Users & Groups… in Ventura, I was horrified to see that it actually was pointing at my external Home folder, but Ventura simply wasn’t mounting it in the Finder… gone back to Monterey, now…It's still there but a little more hidden in Ventura.

It is not working for me... The ok button on the restart message does not work. And it hangs, cannot even close system preferences... Does not let me restart manually either... I can open a terminal and restart using the sudo shutdown -r now command, but when it comes back it does not apply the changes. 🙁 Any ideas?
