I would like to completely replace Mission Control and Application Windows with Stage Manager. Is there a faster way to access it besides the menu bar option?

Probably, and if there isn’t one by default you can make one.m. But it doesn’t seem like Stage Manager is meant to be a quick-access view the way mission control is. Instead, it’s a whole new mode for managing windows and your desktop, and you’ll want to stay in that mode for certain.workflows

I do not see it there. Intel macbook pro 2019

Does anyone know if Command + tab cycles apps or Command + ~ cycles windows in Stage Manager?

What do you mean by "access it"? Move your mouse over the dock and all the apps appear. Clicking anywhere on the desktop will also show all the open apps. It's hard to explain - turn it on when you get it and have a play.

I used to use Spaces (with top-left hot corner set to open up the Spaces list) with my main apps Zoomed in individual spaces. I've turned all that off and am seeing how I like SM. There are some animation bugs which I assume will get sorted out over later betas.

I'm still undecided whether I prefer my old way of working or this, but they both have some advantages.

It desperately needs a keyboard toggle shortcut. I don't want to use it all the time, but it could easily replace Hide Others (cmd-shift-h) for me.

I don’t want to sound like a ‘hater’ but Stage Manager will be like ‘Cover Flow’… it looks good but isn’t useful in real life. DOA in MHO.

Definitely different than my Spaces organization. It would be nice to have a Shotcut to toggle it, but in the current state toggling it off does not put the windows back where they were!
