Ventura: Removed Drag/Drop Wallpaper in Settings

First time I've noticed this, but you used to be able to drag and drop a wallpaper from a monitor in the System Preferences app, to any other monitor (if you had multiple). This appears to be gone in the new System Settings app.

Yup, bummer if you change your wallpapers frequently as I do!
