Mine is UPSGround2, whatever that means, and it has been moving SLOW. In the past 24 hours it has moved about 4 hours closer to me, despite only being 8 hours away at the start. Pretty sure I could have walked farther than that in 24 hours

I am an administrator on our business account, so I may have more menu options. In my case, I go to "Manage Account" --> "View Orders"
However, if you have the My Verizon app, it does appear to show a good amount of detail. In the app itself (My Devices --> My Orders), it gives all the same details.

Mine is a 42 (ground) but my order shows 2 day delivery by 8pm so I sure hope that it comes that fast. I still have no information on my tracking number other than the number. It's not showing anything in UPS' system.
I was charged last night just after midnight. I received an email from Verizon around 6am this morning with tracking info. UPSGround2 shipping but the tracking number doesn't work when you track via UPS.
I hope it shows up in tracking since it appears Verizon didn't put my apartment number on it just like the return box they sent last week that was returned to sender by USPS.
I contacted UPS this am but they couldn't do anything until there is movement in their system.
So, I wait some more.
