Carrier Verizon 7 Plus Ship Yet? Post here...

Out of the meeting when it arrives to "handle some important business." First time I'm doing the Verizon exchange as well. There should be some type of proof I can get when I return it? May take it to the store and make them do it.

I believe you send it back UPS. It's been a year since I had to do it. I know they send you the information on how to do it in the box your phone comes in. Should be a little bag inside that you seal it in. I generally remove everything from it, restore it, clean the outside so it looks spotless, and seal it up. Once it's in UPS's hands you should be good.

Yep that is the process. Last year mine got lost in the warehouse so keep your tracking number - I normally put it right in the old box for safe keeping
 
My JB 128 Plus comes tomorrow. I have a Spigen case already with some tempered glass screen protectors. I also have a case from Apple shipping soon and a glow in the dark slickwrap shipping... someday... It should be protected enough. I may grab the Airpods when they actually go up for preorder. I have always liked the design of the stock earbuds. I HATE the look of the Airpods but they would probably work well with my ears so I am torn...
 
My phone has been in Cincinnati (which is where I live) since yesterday and the tracking info says delivery date unknown. Really?? Anyone else experience this?

Ok, final post for anyone curious.

iPhone 7 Plus, Jet Black, 256 GB

Ordered 9/9 @3:19AM EST
Email, Verizon site, and other methods of checking all said 9/28 delivery.
Was Charge the evening of 9/23. The next morning had shipping confirmation Email.
Just received it today 9/27, a day before the estimate.

Ultimately not bad considering the rarity of JB color. With it in my hands right now, the JB color was more than worth the wait for me. :)

Congrats.....I get mine tomorrow...I feel a migraine coming on forcing me to work from home tomorrow...

That's what happened to mine. I called UPS to find out why there was no scheduled delivery date. She told me when it would be delivered, however it never showed as being on the truck for delivery. It did arrive on the date she said though. It had something to do with the label on the package. Didn't make sense to me. Just glad the phone came.

I went to the store to submit my trade-in. I don't like things getting lost in the mail. It took like 10 minutes. But that was because the sales person had not seen a 7+ jb in their store yet, and was oohing and aahing at it. So, the rarity is real and the wait is so worth it.

I am going in store to trade in as well.
 
So I just got off the phone with Verizon and if what the lady told me is for real I'm going to be super angry :mad: I ordered 3 phones: 2 7's jet black and a 7+ jet black, all 128gb. My confirmation email gave a deliver by date of October 5th and when I logged in to check status it gave me a date of November 9th. Now the other day the November date disappeared and it matches the date in my confirmation email - October 5. This lady just told me that the 7's have a ship date of end of October and the 7+ has a ship date of November 30th! WTF?!?! She said those are the dates that they get from Apple but to take the date with a grain of salt. Come on now!!! I'm not freaking waiting that long for a dang phone ugh!!!

I'm pretty sure she was just confusing herself and not actually giving me information that pertained to my particular order. In the beginning of the call she said the ship date was set for 10/5 and that my card would be charged when it actually shipped. Then later in the call she was kind of talking herself through things and said she would look at some pending orders list and see what the dates were and that's when she gave me the other dates. She tried telling me that people aren't getting the Jet Black pluses yet haha...
 
Pre-ordered on 9/14 an i7 128gb in Rose Gold and an i7+ 256gb in Matte Black on Verizon's website. They both showed delivery by 10/5 at time of ordering which is why I went with the 256gb over 128gb for the +. CC charged on 9/24, delivered today.

Same phone for me - JB 7 plus 256GB.
Ordered: 9/9 @8:52am CST
All emails and status pages said 10/19 delivery
Was charged the evening of 9/24
Phone is now sitting at the UPS store awaiting pickup! Can't wait to get off work...planning to get it around 8pm.

Unless I have any issues with it I think I'm out until next year. Have a good one everybody!
