Tried to activate LTE on my phone and it says to call my provider. I call and was in the phone with them for about 45 minutes for them to tell me they are unable to add my watch at this time. They have no reason why as my 7+ works just fine and I have a compatible plan. Was told they opened a ticket and to call back tomorrow.

Anyone have issues with Verizon?
 
I had the same issue with Verizon. Had to call the Telesales department (18002564646). They were able to add the Apple Watch without any issues.

That is the number I called and was told they were unable to assist and to call back tomorrow.
 
Have you tried doing the activation within the app again? I ask because when I did mine (T-mobile) the first time it said activation failed and to call support. But i instead tried to activate again and the second time around it worked.
