Verizon Apple Music - 6 Month Free

So I did the free 6 months from Verizon for Apple Music starting last year and it ends in about 10 days. I noticed today (because I looked) that my name on my profile is wrong. I went to try and edit my profile and well, I have no profile. It doesn't exist. That option is not available when I tap my picture. I had one because I edited it, I know I did because I have a picture for my profile and not the silhouette.

Anyone else have this issue? Is it because of the Verizon trial thing? Something else? It's very odd.

Well I don’t have a name on my profile with Apple Music it’s just linked to my iCloud my free trial ends in April through Verizon , you do know if your on any unlimited plan above the 65$ one Apple Music is now free with Verizon as long and you beyond unlimited or above unlimited
