Verizon Carrier Update 18.1

Since downloading the Carrier Update 18.1, I'm getting more dropped calls since the Carrier update in March 2015. I'm in the Houston Area. In addition, I work in the basement of the building that I work in. I never use to experience any dropped calls in the basement but since the carrier update. I have dropped calls happen each and every time that I make a call while in the basement. 😡

It's probably because you're in the basement.

All good for me in Kansas City. Have you tried resetting network settings?

IOS 8.3 comes with carrier version 19. Maybe you should try 8.3.

Okay. I'll try that too. I just downloaded 19.1. I'm already having some trouble with getting voicemails in a timely fashion now. Thanks for the tip.

I would call Verizon. Ask for a "Tech Manager", have them open a case. They will have to document each instance and report back.

iOS 8.4 was just released earlier today with Verizon carrier version 20.0.
