iPhone 17 Pro Max Verizon Drops the Ball...

Even tho my order said shipping for today, its 2:02am and I have not received any shipping notification yet. I've checked UPS and Fed Ex, nothing scheduled for delivery today.

Very disappointed in Verizon...

Anyone else suffer this with Verizon?

See if you can cancel and order through Best Buy. They have a ton of stock for me locally available for pickup later today.

I do it through Verizon every year and turn in my phone. So I am stuck with them unfortunately.

I can get a new 17 pro max from verizon trading in my old phone and they said $8 a month and that is after $28 a month credit. If I want to get a new phone next year, how does it work? When I have two years left on paying for this one. I’ve not done an upgrade two years in a row.

You just pay the difference to get to having it half paid. I had to pay $270 to upgrade.

They would be able to honor the difference I paid to Verizon to give me the new phone and cancel the one with Verizon? I had no clue
