Verizon F*** up with my order

They put a wrong apartment number that Im not able to get it for few days. What a pathetic action. I already checked my profile and my address information is correct.

This is so disappointing that I had to contact them right away because of their poor service.
 
I think it was the iPhone 5. FedEx tried to deliver to a condo 4 units down. I saw the missed delivery attempt. Wasn’t happy. Luckily I went to the fedex store and got it that night.
