My phone is behaving strangely while away from wifi. Today, with all bars, full signal LTE, I was able to use messenger apps like whatsapp and Skype, and also siri to look up sports stats, weather etc. But Safari, the App store and itunes wouldn't load. Also I couldn't download music from my ituens match. I then toggled back and forth the cellular data toggle or one of the many data related toggles and suddenly the the song started playing. But even after that, the above entioned wouldn't work.
Now im back at home with wifi, and they all work...
I'm 99.9% sure that all of the data toggle are switched to on, but I don't know what else it could be...
Im a new versizon customer, activated my phone last night from a previous iCloud backup.
