I am planning on making a switch from AT&T to Verizon. We have multiple iPads which are wifi+cellular with AT&T. Will these be compatible with Verizon?

Also, do the new Verizon iPads (4th gen and mini) come with a sim slot? If so, does the Verizon data on the iPad work via the sim or CDMA? If they have a sim slot, are they unlocked?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Unless u have mobile share with att or grandfathered att iPad unlimited data.

Verizon iPad LTE is most flexible since it has LTE micro sim slot for both Verizon and att.

Supports Verizon LTE and att HSPA speeds. Doesn't support att LTE.

All USA iPads att or Verizon are GSM unlocked.

AT&T iPads can't be used with Verizon service.
The Verizon iPads come with a SIM card slot. It uses CDMA for 3G, but you still need the SIM card inserted in the device to connect to VZ

They're unlocked, and can be used with any GSM carrier.
