Edit:: Well email from VZW w/ UPS Tracking # but on VZW app it still says order being prepared

Overall I think what's happening is the Apple embargo on shipping is just keeping everyone in the dark.

Where do you go to find detailed shipping info for UPS? Like the time and where it is and where it was scanned. That sorts thing? With FedEx I can easily see it but with UPS, there’s no tab for detailed shipping info?

Ordered 2 Pro and Pro max today - estimated delivery is the 8th. Hope sooner but. Who knows

Do I need different screen protectors than used on prior Pro phones?

It could be because Verizon ship out huge batches of phones in a large cargo container by air, then at UPS Louisville hub they’ll sort out then ship to their final destination. This video explaining how overnight shipping works is quite interesting.

Sierra blue 1TB Pro Max preordered 9/17 about 10 minutes after preorders opened, originally estimated for delivery on 9/24, earlier today changed to "Delivery date will be updated soon." No email from Verizon and no tracking info available - yet.

Coincidentally, there are two new pending items on my FedEx account being shipped to me from "MasonHub" (a logistics company) in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, each at 1 kb. The new phone and the trade-in box, perhaps?

Same thing for me. I'm in the West, but it's gone from Fresno to Kentucky. Louisville is a is a major hub for UPS, so it must make sense in that regard.

So far there hasn’t been any other update. Delivery showing tomorrow in NYC.
 
I pre-ordered on the 17th and Verizon's website still says my device will arrive tomorrow, but there is no shipping information. I just got off the phone with Verizon and the representative told me the device is not arriving tomorrow but will ship tomorrow and will not likely get here until Tuesday. Very disappointing.

Folks that have had their phones stuck in West Chester, PA... our phones are now on the move! Mine is now in Philly.

Yea I had 2 phones supposed to deliver by 9/24. Only one shipped and at this point if you don’t have shipping pretty sure it’s a lost cause.

Verizon grunts are clueless. “Ship date” to them = “delivery date” to us. Relax and be ready for your shipment to arrive tomorrow.

It’s weird I could have sworn my shipment initially said 2 lbs now when I check it, the weight changed to 1 lb.

My tracking is the same except mine was in Fresno since the 20th. Now it’s in KY, but I’m in California lol. The logistics of these shipments are weird.

Ok has anyone else experienced this one....Verizon sent me an email yesterday that my phone shipped with UPS tracking. UPS shows Fresno Special as shipper, signature required and arriving tomorrow and 1.2 pounds. I now just received notification from FedEx that I have a shipment from Verizon Customer Service weighing 3 pounds with indirect signature required and arriving tomorrow. I didn't order any accessories. Verizon website doesn't show any tracking information. At this point I wouldn't be shocked if Amazon actually shows up with it. 😀

I’m sure this was asked but tell me why my phone was here so close to me for a couple days and then went to TN and is now back here???? This makes no sense as it came back to the place it will be out from delivery from tomorrow!

Ps my shop app says delivery of 9/25. 1. I will not be at work where it is being shipped on 9/25 and 2. I will freak out!

Me and my dad both got the 13 pro max but his says 2 pounds and mine says 1.2 pounds. Really confused by this? Maybe extra bubble wrap or something in the box? lol
