Verizon iPhone 4 Sync Question

I'm unsure if this was asked already however i currently have a Verizon HTC Droid Eris and i'll be getting an iPhone 4 on monday, is there an easy way to sync all my information from my Eris into itunes since backup assistant isnt available on the Eris?

All of your contacts should already be synced with Google (www.google.com/contacts). A quick search will reveal that you will be able to import them from there to your iPhone very easily.

Thanks i verified my contacts are there, tommorow's transition to the iphone 4 will go smoothly.
