I placed my preorder on the verizonwireless.com site in the evening on 9/15.
There was a prompt email reply asking us to call in and confirm information for the credit approval. We did that and then immediately got a second email confirming the order.
The confirmation email has an order number, a preorder number, an order location and indicates the phone will be delivered by 9/28.
There is also a link to check the order status. But so far entering the order number and last name into the form to check the status always comes back saying that they have no record of the order.
Is this cause for alarm, or is the second batch of pre-orders just delayed in being processed or something? Am I the only one with a 9/28 order that doesnt show up in the order status system, or is this common?
