Verizon iphone 6 plus caller ID not showing up

Morning, Ive noticed the last few weeks when I receive a call its only showing the phone number and not the name on caller id. I havent done anything to the phone and all of my contacts are listed correctly. any ideas?

Have you tried restarting the phone? Do you have VoLTE enabled? If so, try enabling LTE for data only and see if that works.

Tried resetting multiple times, no go. LTE is enabled

Is LTE enabled for voice as well? I've heard people say they've had the same issue when calls are coming through on VoLTE.

Thanks. LTE is on for both data and voice

Try and disable LTE for voice and see if that solves your problem. Otherwise, I'd suggest visiting a Verizon store or calling them up.
