Carrier Verizon Iphone activation problem "Device Unknown"

i can't active my verizon iphone 4s
Cause one number exits on my phone. But i don't know the number.
And some one use the number on another device.
So when i try to active it, it's say "Device unknown"
Can i unlock it or any other way to active it
Please help me. I bought the device from ebay. And it's elean ESN.

Can i active my device by any other way?

Sounds like it has a hardware issue.
You got the latest iTunes installed and plugged it in trying to activate with a Verizon sim inside correct?

Verizon is a cdma network. So no need to insert verizon sim. It's not a hardware issue. First i maked me 100% sure then i posted it. Please don't reply without experience of this issue.

lol🙂 I'm well aware that Verizon is cdma.
The Verizon 4S has a sim slot on it and comes with a sim that's for international use only.
Not 100% sure if it needs it inside in order to activate.
Your English is bad and hard to understand what you're trying to do or what you're asking.
