Verizon iPhone (IOS and iTunes)

So now that the Verizon iPhone is official, will 4.3 and iTunes 10.2 come out?

Probably not anytime soon considering there haven't even been any betas for 4.3..

Why would 4.3 be released? According to those who have actually had a chance to see/use the phone (Engadget for one) it's running 4.2.5.

Maybe if it was a new model, but it's just the 4 with CDMA thrown in.

I was just thinking about the recent article that talked about the newspaper subscription being part of 4.3 and I was thinking that there have not been any betas because Apple did not want to let on about the Verizon iPhone through the code

I'd also note that Verizon's FAQ mentions using iTunes 10.1 to sync. That implies that even in February we'll still be on iTunes 10.1
