Yeah, I agree, people shouldn't complain when we write in really long sentences because, after all, it's a free country and it's not like there's any reason for grammar and stuff, it's better for it to be difficult to read stuff because it's more stimulating to the mind and thanks for sharing your info, I'm guessing people will start getting them Monday, anyway here I am stuck with just a shipping status on the *611 call and no tracking number and the fedex and UPS track by reference is not working either so God knows when I'll be getting mine, so count your blessings people that already have tracking numbers and arrival dates.

From what I'm seeing it may be going through Lubbock it is possible its a tracking error but like i said, i'm sure you'll have it by Monday.

id be surprised if it went anywhere but houston. lubbock is an 8hr drive to me with no direct air service (except through houston). But i appreciate your help and enthusiasm. im sure it will arrive on monday ive had a lot of good fedex experiences just wish they would tell me it was in Texas and not Tennessee
Ive received overnight packages that didnt get to houston until 6am were put on a truck here at 10am and still came the same day!
I ordered 2 phones...been sittin in Memphis since 11:50 last night. My weight also went from 2lbs to 3lbs..When are they going to update my phone

Called and spoke to Verizon rep, was told that my CC won't change from "pending" to "posted" until the phone has shipped and that I should expect it by the 10th.
Calling 611 says that my order has been processed and shipped and will arrive in 1 to 2 business days.
MyVerizon's upgrade device is grayed out.
Check Order Status is down and has been down for almost 24 hours now.
Was sitting next to my friend when she showed me her shipping confirmation and fedex shipping info.

Same here - it finally left Memphis at 3:53CT this afternoon and is in Raleigh, NC! WooHoo!!!!!! Now, Fed Ex driver please deliver this way early Monday morning instead of Monday afternoon. Pretty Please!!!!!
I too am a business customer and have been frustrated by that "PRE" status, no shipping notification, etc. Ordered at 3:00AM on Verizon, took about an hour to finalize with their site massively sludged. Weird that that doesn't seem to have been the case for the non-business customers.
Anyway, my status seems to have just changed from "PRE" to "New, we have received your order, please check back tomorrow", so I guess we'll see how it progresses from here.
lol mine now weighs 2lbs too...maybe they gave us an extra phone for being the first ones to order them
yaaa im wondering if verizon just gave us somthin extra like a case or somthing for being the first ones to get the phone.....but most likely not

Lucky for you Kim. My status on the FedEx page says Shipping Information sent to FedEx. That was as of February 4, 2011 @ 1:41am. Apparently my phone hasn't even made it to the shipping facility. Mine is coming to Elizabeth City, NC. Over on the Northeast coast, just south of Virgina Beach, VA.
I still say it was the peanut butter/bacon/banana sandwiches at Graceland, our phones have been there since 6am yesterday, they had plenty of time to go on a tour...

Mine accord to 611 says shiped 2 business days, can't check status, no # for fedex or ups yet, been 24hrs since order status down for me, from what i understand it takes about 48hrs when ur order status goes down until shipping info , so im probably getting it tuesday
