Need some help from all the smarter people out there then me. I was updating my Iphone 4 with Verizon to 4.2.7 when it got stuck on the Itunes logo and USB cord. It also gave me a 1602 error. Now Itunes will not recognize my phone. Any help would be great. I am having a little freak out moment right now.

Hi, I had a similar problem yesterday while updating. My iPhone got stuck in recovery mode and every time I tried to restore it I kept getting error code 1013. I called Apple after trying seven times and got escalated to a senior advisor. I was on the phone for over an hour, and she claimed I was not the first person to call about it happening.
Needless to say we went through a lot of steps, and while I can't be helpful to you I would call Apple tech support as soon as you can. They will take care of you.
