What happens when your customer service representative can't tell the difference between dollars and cents? Hilarity!

Listened to the audio last week somewhere. So funny.

I can understand Verizon's confusion. They think when they HEAR "point zero zero two" I's going to look like $0.002 regardless of whether or not you say "cents" or "dollars" after it. That's problem #1. The second problem is that they don't think $0.002 exists anyway because you never see a third numeral (thousandths place) in a price.

Still, you'd think at least one of the few Verizon employees involved would have a head on their shoulders to some degree.
