Verizon offering $200 off iPad with iPhone 6 purchase, stacks w/ $200 gift card deal!

Pre-ordered my iPhone6+ on VZW.com, received it on the 19th. Went into Verizon on Friday to trade in my iPhone4 for the $200 gift card. While I was waiting, saw a sign for a promo offering $200 off iPads with iPhone 6 purchase. Inquired and it will stack with the $200 gift card.

Now, the $200 off iPad was a bit of a fudge, since it's actually $100 off the $100 off they already offer for a 2yr contract on a Cellular iPad Air.

Well, the wife was insistent (and she was LONG overdue for an iPad upgrade), so we walked out with an iPad Air 32GB Cellular for $415 with tax and screen protector.

And, yes. I told her that the new models come out next month, she didn't care.

I probably would have bit at that deal until I read the fine print about requires a contract commitment.
