Carrier Verizon Prepaid Customer can't pre-order iPhone 7?

I'm a prepaid Verizon user and it seems like I cannot pass the carrier test on apple.com. And I have to choose a post paid plan on Verizon.com to proceed.

I can go to sleep early today 🙂

You seem to have answered a question I posted... it doesn't look like we can pre-order the iPhone 7 without a full service agreement with one of the four main carriers. What if I prefer to use my iPhone on a prepaid basis?
