App developers help keep these hell hounds from charging

These guys are chomping at the bit to impose the dreaded over limit fee.

Someone needs to make an App that tells current plan usage with sound!

You and a lot of others will move and you will experience exactly the same problems you have with at&t. Live with it. It's the truth. This article even speculates the same thing.

The major difference being that others with Verizon in my immediate area have no problems with service. AT&T's is absolutely pathetic in a good chunk of the entire COUNTY I live in.

Dear Verizon:

You just spend a ton of money trying to work up advertisement and exposure for your Android / Blackberry phones with the "Rule The Air" campaign. You have even offered the "buy one, get one free" phones to up your total "sold" phones numbers and that has worked.

Lets face it: Tons and tons of Verizon customers want the iPhone, but it really isn't worth it to go to AT&T for mediocre service. So we sit, wait, and deal with Blackberry / Android phones.....for now.

Here is some free advice from me that will save tons of money and will make you tons of money:

1. Get the iPhone
2. Your advertisement: The iPhone is coming to Verizon! Then add the release date.
3. Make iPhone apps for all your services.

Then sit back and let the money roll in

I've used simultaneous voice and data maybe once or twice. Most overhyped feature ever.

I would disagree. It may be overhyped in that it's not something you would require everyday. But it has quite literally saved my butt, or actually my wife's butt at least once and it has certainly made things extremely easy and less of a hassle many times over for me.

These actually happened

1 - driving to work my wife calls with computer issues. She has to do something for class and is running out of time. I just pullover, fire up my VNC app and walk her through it. 5 minutes I'm on my way again to work and she is saved.

2 on vacation at the beach kids are playing I'm watching. I have a meeting I can't miss. I place the conference call and fire up webex. I don't have to bring my laptop or drag the kids away from the beach. Everybody's happy.

And I can't count the times where I've been able to look something up either on the net or through maps while I've been on a call.

Could I live without it? Sure. But it has been a killer feature whenever I needed it.
