iPhone Verizon refurb

I have a replacement 4S coming from verizon coming to me tomorrow. What are the chances that it will not have 6.1.3 on it? I really want to keep my jailbreak on the new device.

My guess is that you will be fine and be able to JB it.
But you never know.

My refurb came and its on 6.0.1. Yes!!!!! I can keep my jailbreak. So happy.
