Anyone ever have a screen repaired or a battery replaced by Verizon?

The repairs aren’t typically done by the carrier. They hire a contractor. Whether it’s you break I fix or other companies to do the install or repair

They are sending me to a Verizon authorized repair center.

Just be aware if your under Apple's limited warranty it would be better to go through Apple
