Verizon snaps up iPhone Domain names

    I offer this up for your amusement. Its Phillip Elmer-Dewitt and take it for what its worth, but I do believe it means something.

    Just cut and paste the following to your browser and viola:

    tech.fortune.cnn.com/category/apple-2-0/

    Don't know all the technobabble about who owns what, but it looks legit... that Verizon owns the domain names, and that's all it says. What it means is open to debate.


    p.s. If I was smarter, I would know how to embed the hyperlink. But I'm not. Could someone kindly tell me. I miss not having it automatically hyperlink.

    If one has any multi carrier experience, it's obvious there's not much difference from one to the next. It's a non issue.
