Hi All,

I am trading in three older iphones for 12’s with Verizon. However, I only received one trade in shipping envelope and one return label. Should I have received 3 (one for each phone), or am I supposed to stuff 3 phones in one envelope? I can call Verizon and ask, but was curious what kind of experience others have had.

Each trade in gets a box. Also make sure to match up the order#
In the verizon portal you can enter your submission ID and it will pull up the device info. TYhere should be a order number in there. Match it up with the label in the box. Pack the phone well and take pics. I have heard some horror stories with trade in.. that being said, i am also trading in 3 devices myself. Take lots of pics and put extra padding on the phone.

Okay thanks. Odd I only got one envelope, but I’d did submit the new phones as three separate orders. Maybe the other boxes are coming later.
