Carrier Verizon Upgrade Fee for iUp

If you recently upgraded through iUp and you are on Verizon check your bill. I was charged a $40 upgrade fee and on my apple receipt it states I should have been charged $20. If you message Verizon they will refund you the difference or at least they did for me anyway.

Even $20 seems rather nonsensical for something like that.
