Verizon Upgrade Question

I am with Verizon and currently receiving credits for my iPhone 7 Plus from last years promo.

I want to switch my iPhone 7 Plus with a family member that has the iPhone X through the Apple Upgrade Program.

We are on the same plan. If we switch out our SIM cards, will we continue receiving credits for the iPhone 7 Plus?
