Verizon Visual Voicemail

Has anyone else found that when listening to visual voicemail on their iphone the volume is really low? Seems that I have to crank the volume up to the max to hear. Is this normal? Should I look into getting a hardware replacement?

The volume seems ok on other things.
 
Yup

Me too, but it does depend on who is calling. Some are louder than others. I should try calling *86 and see if it's any better.
