Verizon vs Sprint=?

    Do verizon and sprint have the same data speeds
    if so why is one more expensive than the other?
    whats the difference?

    Theoretically capable of the same speeds (same technology), though Verizon has much broader coverage.

    Edit: I know many people who are very satisfied with Sprint, but they tend to be in urban areas with good coverage. My son-in-law curses his Sprint phone every time he comes to visit us (from St. Louis to the NW Arkansas Ozarks).

    lol.... sprint has free roaming if im correct, so does that mean sprint roams free on verizons network?

    Voice roaming, yes. Data I think is limited? but you can check the maps.

    Also the TOS limits roaming to something like 30% of your usage.

    Plus if you're in a fringe Sprint area you will often not get good enough signal to be useful, but just barely enough to prevent it from switching to a strong Verizon signal.
