OK, I am a new VZ customer and the phone service is good so far. I am on the base GoUnlimited plan and the only downside so far is that it does not include "premium LTE" data so you don't always get full speed. This is actually noticeable when loading content rich apps and websites like Washington Post... it takes some time to populate the thumbnail pictures, etc on my new XR. My full speed work AT&T iPhone 6S does not suffer from this issue. But that is not my major problem. The issue is that Verizon website and software are the most horrible experiences I have had in years. I created an online MyVerizon account and go to my account to set up auto pay. The web page gives me a message: "Due to recent changes to your account this function is unavailable. Try again in a couple of hours". I've been trying for a day and a half. Second, I am trying to set up my veteran's discount but the web page for that will not load. On Chrome or Safari get an error message can't open page due to "too many redirects". On Edge it just fails to load. I have tried this on 3 different computers. Then I tried the phone app. <sigh> I can't even log in on that. I enter my data and it says sorry, that user ID is already taken. Yes, d'ohhh, by me! Egads. How can they be so screwed up??
