Hello everyone,

Quick question. I switched to the iPhone 7 last year and took it on the Edge payment plans that Verizon offers (splits it up in 24 monthly payments). When 50% of the device is paid off, you can upgrade, which I am considering now. The important thing is that you have to return your current device, once you get the new one.

Would this have to be done through Verizon Wireless, or at the Verizon Store? Or Would I be able to go to the Apple Store, and just purchase a Verizon iPhone, activate it, and then ship the old iPhone back?

Thanks.

That sounds great. Thanks for the reply!

I chatted with both Apple and Verizon earlier today, and they both couldn’t directly answer the question.
