Very bad Windows Airport performance

So this is the first day I've had Windows on my Mac, and the Airport connectivity hardly works. Despite I have a pretty good connection in Leopard (fast dls, no disconnects). In XP I might last 10-15 minutes of poor speeds before I disconnect.

Now this probably a Windows driver problem or a setting, I'm running XP Pro and it's pretty much right out of the box, so I haven't changed anything.

I'm running it off my iMac in the sig.
