I was being sarcastic though I personally failed to insert the wink. It was my error. Andrew Henry you clearly have issue with me regardless of what I say.
OP yes I was being very sarcastic. I buy all my ram from crucial or owc. Apple can suck it with their ram prices.
Ps I am female according to the doctors. I know my name really confuses most. ;)

LOL, no, not really, this is an internet forum, I don't have "issues" with anyone here, because I could careless, sorry! :D;)

it is 204 pin not 200 pin DDR3 ram for the current macbook pro line correct? I don't need RAM yet, I just got my 13" uMBP but I am looking into what RAM will cost me. Prices at Canadian retailers have not reached the low prices you guys have in the states just yet it seems. Best I have seen so far is $144 for 4GB of OCZ ram at tigerdirect.ca

*scratch that* Newegg.ca has the same crucial ram you have been discussing for $75. I was in the wrong category on the site. Not bad :)

That Newegg price is pretty good, I think I may have to jump on it...

Last year during holiday season I got 2 x 2GB for my non-unibody MBP (DDR2) for $25 after rebate from Fry's (and I did get the rebate check.) I think it was Patriot or something like that, in any case it worked fine.

I guess if I hold out for 3 more months we'll see something like that for DDR2, but this 2GB with shared video RAM is noticeable.
