Very Frustrating Restart Glitch rMBP 15"

Ever since updating my 15" rMBP to 10.8.3, and installing the SMC update, I've been getting a very frustrating restart glitch, which occurs directly after exiting a full-screen game (specifically a skiing game "Shredsauce").

This has never happened before, and I can only assume it is do to the latest update. It doesn't happen every time, but it happens often enough to be a piss-off.

Has anybody else noticed this? Or had something similar happen after the latest updates?

If it's happening to one specific game, might I suggest emailing the game developer. If the game's from Mac App Store, there's a good possibility it will be updated especially if someone were to complain.
