MP 7,1 VERY slow login in Catalina?

Does anybody else find that after putting in your password that the login time, while the little white bar fills up, is excruciatingly long?

Is that a Catalina thing or a 7,1 Mac Pro thing?
(Or could be just something wrong with my OS?
