Very strange problem with the battery

As you can see in the photo,the baterry is 95% and It says to unplug the iphone,does anyone else has the same problem?

I have had this problem before both on iPhone & iPad all you have to do is switch your iPhone or iPad off and put it back on again and it should say fully charged well it did when i had the problem if you are still getting this problem then i would restore you device from a back up that should sort it out.
Most Common Apple problems can be sorted out by a restore

I did a hard restart and now it's ok but a restore?too drastic.
