i was trying to connect to a friends computer through shh just to mess around. (he was sitting beside me) i typed in shh and his stuff and this crazy message came up.

i also notice that netinfo manager is gone?? anybody know what this means?

anther edit:

Just changed the pass to my enabled root account. Then checked it, and found the second attachment in my recent items, and ive never really used that account.

i know logkext is a keylogger and there was also an unregistered copy of undercover, another program. And what the heck is menu cracker!!??

Is it a possibility someone has "connected" to my root account? Nobody would have physical access to my machine and know the password btw.

I've had it before, is it the message you get when connected to certain networks? That's when mine started to appear. Since then, I have reinstalled Tiger So I wouldn't be able to look into it.

just to make it a little more confusing i just noticed my spotlight it off?????

The . at the beginnng of the directory name means its hidden from normal view. The directory is there from the picture you posted. If you type in:

cd /Users/yourusername/.ssh

It will move you to that directory. Then type this to get a list of files currently in the directory:

ls ./

If you see that known_hosts is in there...then type this...

rm ./known_hosts

or
sudo rm ./known_hosts

IT IS IMPORTANT THE COMMAND ABOVE IS TYPED IN EXACTLY AS IS.

and none of my widgets open, when i click them they make a ding and it closes dashboard. My computer is officially screwed..
