Vesa 200 x 200 quick release desk mount

I am searching for a quick release desk mount for my 43" 200 x 200 Vesa 4K TV. It will be used for watching tv outside when the weather is good. I need something that attaches to a picnic table or desk that releases easily by lifting up and removing from the mount to bring back inside after watching TV. I would keep the legs of the tv on and when not in use store in a closet. It needs to be mounted outside securely because of wind. Any suggestions?

Also, in my experience, no matter how tight you tighten the mounting arm to the main "pole" of the mount, it will still slowly sink down as pressure is applied. To solve this, tighten a hose clamp tightly below it to serve the purpose of a set screw.
