VESA Adaptor Kit for 27" iMac

Ok, so I know for a FACT that this part will comply with the 27" iMac. I called my local store, and they only stock this part

The description on the second part is vague, and it's $10 less (not that I care about the difference). My question, will the 2nd part work with the 27" imac and come with tools to remove base stand from it?

Answer: I have discovered that the 2nd one WILL fit but doesn't include the tools to remove the stand for the 27"
