Vesa wall mounts?

My desk is cluttered, and my Samsung display's stand is taking up a lot of space. I'm looking for a 100mm vesa wall mount for around $20-$30. I would like to have a swivel arm, and tilt functions. I've searched eBay, Amazon, etc and came up with this mount. Any comments or other recommendations?

As long as your monitor is under 33lbs, it's a nice price. These wall mount units are high to start with.

My display is 12.6 lbs. according to Samsung's website. A little bit less, since the stand is included in that weight. Thanks! 😀
