Most likely a scam, since the site was just created a few weeks ago:

    Registrant:
    Warren Brown (vevandi.com)
    16520 NW 1st Street
    Pembroke Pines, FL 33028
    US
    Registrar: DomainPeople Inc.

    Domain Name: vevandi.com
    Created on .............2010-03-24-07.38.57.312000
    Expires on .............2011-03-24-07.38.57.000000

The above address on Google Maps shows this:

And the business address on the site reveals another residence address:

I suppose if you have to ask, then that in of itself is a red flag.

I just did a whois and the domain was registered in 2010-03-24 and the register is using a florida address but the business is using a california address. Is that odd? I don't know

If something is too good to be true, then it usually is

last night, I read everything on the website and it was like reading a book.. mostly trying to convince people about how safe they are and how to send them your money. haha. very suspicious and unprofessional along with the reasons posters have mentioned above .. I would never consider using them.
