Viber and Iphone 4S

I bought an Iphone 4S locked to TMN last week and I can not use the Viber.

When I make or receive a call, do not hear the person I'm talking about. Just listen when I put it on loud speaker or put my headphones.

Any ideas how to fix this problem?
