Viber wifi poor network coverage?

Hi Guys,
For some reason I'm getting a poor network notification on viber, but the thing is, I'm on wifi!
I'm using an iPhone 4, with wireless virgin broadband and maximum signal from the router.

Does anyone what might be causing this?
