What thermal paste works the best for Ati AGP cards, like a Radeon 9800XT?
It may have overheated not sure yet. Had it in a QS G4 for quite some time(flashed it after swapping in new chip a few years back) Wife didn't shut it down last Summer after no video, so I'd thought I'd try to get it running again. Better than an Ati 9600
    regards

As Intell said, AS5 or MX4 are the best you can get.

WellI spoke to soon. The card(Radeon 9800XT) was working fine in a G4. So I thought why not a G5. Removed the tape from pins 3&11 and tried it, nothing. The G5 Dual 2.5 would not even boot, and now the card won't work in the G4(after retaping). oh well back to tinkering
