Vidalia Not Working

Hello

Can anyone offer any solution on how to get Vidalia working ?

I'm running Leopard 10.5.8

Ive had this program working before, but this time it doesn't work.

See pic.

Ive tried both the 0.26 + 0.27 versions

Installed the TOR button for Firefox 3.6

The error messages are the same every time ?

Is TOR & VIDALIA - 2 separate programs or 1 ?

A recent OS X security update broke Vidalia and therefore Tor. They're working on a fix.

edit: they posted about it on their blog.

Vadalia Not Working

That makes sense now.

On reading the Tor blog, particularly the bit in the outlined box (see pic)
how can I input the required info into Vadalia as advised by Tor ?

That's not for you to worry about unless you're contributing directly to the source code. You need to download the proper version of Vidalia as determined in the post.

Vadalia Not Working

I removed version 0.27 & used 0.28 instead.

It works on leopard 10.5.8 with the security update.
