Video @ 60fps limited to 720p?

Is video taken at 60 fps limited to 720p on the iPhone 6 Plus? No way to do 1080p @ 60fps?

I use 60fps and I can view them a 1080p it just slow mo at 240fps get 720p I believe.

You can do 1080p @ 60 fps, here's how:

Settings -> Photos & Camera -> Record Video at 60 FPS.
