iPod touch Video and audio not in sync.

some of the videos that I upload into my itouch does not have audio in sync with the video. and when i watch it on my laptop its fine.

does this have to do with my converter? (converting videos to mp4 format)

or does this have more to do with uploading it into my intune?

if any of u have this problem, were you able to resolve it?
